By accessing the website, creating an account, starting a Membership, or purchasing a service from IntroSpective Art, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase a Membership.

1. About IntroSpective Art
IntroSpective Art is an online educational platform created exclusively for painters.
Our Membership provides access to a growing library of educational audio content and related resources designed to support painters in their artistic development, thinking, and professional practice.

2. The IntroSpective Art Membership
The current IntroSpective Art Membership provides:

One month of access for $0.

Full access to the IntroSpective Art Membership library during the Membership period.

Continued access to available Membership content while the subscription remains active.

A monthly subscription of $6 after the initial free month.

The ability to cancel the subscription at any time, subject to applicable law.
The Membership is a digital subscription. No physical products are shipped.
IntroSpective Art may add, modify, reorganize, or improve the content available in the Membership over time.
We do not guarantee that any particular episode, series, resource, or piece of content will remain available indefinitely.

3. Free Trial and Recurring Billing
The Membership currently begins with a free first month.
Unless the Membership is canceled before the end of the free period, the Membership will automatically continue as a paid monthly subscription at $6 per month.
The applicable payment method will be charged automatically for each subsequent billing period until the Membership is canceled.
By starting the Membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process recurring payments according to the Membership terms presented at checkout.
Any taxes, fees, or charges that are legally required or applicable to your transaction will be handled as required by applicable law and the information presented at checkout.

4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, your access will normally remain active until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

5. Refunds and Cancellation Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Where a refund is legally required, IntroSpective Art will process the refund in accordance with applicable law.

6. Digital Content and Access
All IntroSpective Art Membership content is provided digitally.
Access is personal to the Member who purchased the Membership.
You may access the Membership through supported devices and services made available by IntroSpective Art.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of the Membership.

7. Personal Use Only
Your Membership is intended for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:

Share your account credentials with another person.

Give another person access to your Membership.

Copy, reproduce, download, record, or redistribute Membership content except where a specific feature expressly permits it.

Resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit Membership content.

Use Membership content to create a competing commercial educational library or service.

Circumvent technical measures intended to protect the content or Membership access.
You may use the educational ideas and knowledge you learn through IntroSpective Art in your own artistic practice.
The restrictions above apply to the copying, distribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of IntroSpective Art's protected content and materials.

is owned by or licensed to IntroSpective Art and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a Membership does not transfer ownership of any IntroSpective Art intellectual property to you.
Your Membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Membership content for your own personal educational purposes during your active Membership.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Educational Content
IntroSpective Art provides educational content for artistic learning and development.
Our content is intended to provide knowledge, perspectives, ideas, and educational guidance for painters.
It does not constitute a guarantee of artistic, professional, financial, commercial, or career results.
Individual results will depend on many factors, including the Member's experience, practice, decisions, circumstances, and application of the material.
IntroSpective Art does not guarantee that using the Membership will produce any particular artistic or professional outcome.

10. Accuracy and Opinions
We make reasonable efforts to create thoughtful, accurate, and useful educational content.
However, artistic interpretation, historical understanding, professional practice, and creative decision-making may involve differing perspectives and interpretations.
Some content may represent the opinions, analysis, or perspectives of the creator or contributors.
IntroSpective Art does not guarantee that every statement, interpretation, prediction, recommendation, or opinion will be universally accepted or applicable to every painter.

11. Third-Party Services
IntroSpective Art may rely on third-party services to operate parts of the website and Membership, including payment processing, hosting, analytics, email delivery, authentication, and other technical services.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
IntroSpective Art is not responsible for failures or interruptions caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

12. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
IntroSpective Art does not intentionally store your full payment card details when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing information where required.
If a payment cannot be successfully processed, access to paid Membership features may be suspended or terminated until the payment issue is resolved, subject to applicable law.

13. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify IntroSpective Art if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the unauthorized activity resulted from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

14. Suspension or Termination
IntroSpective Art may suspend or terminate access to an account if we reasonably believe that the Member:

Has violated these Terms.

Has shared or redistributed protected Membership content.

Has attempted to circumvent access controls.

Has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Has otherwise materially abused the Membership or website.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice before termination.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

15. Changes to the Membership
IntroSpective Art is a growing educational library.
We may add new content, reorganize existing content, improve the website, modify features, or make other reasonable changes to the Membership.
We may also discontinue specific content or features where reasonably necessary.
If we make a material change that negatively affects an existing paid Membership, we will provide any notice or rights required by applicable law.

IntroSpective Art's total liability arising from your use of the Membership will, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount you paid to IntroSpective Art for the Membership during the period relevant to the claim.

19. No Waiver of Mandatory Consumer Rights
